SILCA D600 Quattrocode Laser & Dimple Key machine D8A7050ZB

The Silca D600 Quattrocode has been designed with professional Locksmiths in mind and cuts and engraves dimple and laser keys in one single process. It contains a dedicated, hard metal engraving cutter on board ready for use without the need for manual intervention. Process time is dramatically reduced with no need to install a separate cutter or to reposition the key for engraving. For decoding the original key, the tracer is lowered and raised automatically so there is no need to manually position the tracer.

All Quattrocode D600 cutters contain an RFID tag that can be detected by the machine. The RFID connection ensures that the correct cutter for the key to be duplicated is always used, the machine will not progress the cutting cycle if an incorrect cutter is fitted thus preventing wasted time and key blanks.

The machine is completely enclosed with swarf being collected in the tray below the cutting area to leave the working area clean. The safety shield opens and closes automatically when starting and ending a cycle and contains two microswitches to stop the machine automatically if obstructed to give additional protection. There is also a 55% bigger working area compared to previous models for easier access and operation. The new heavier structure is optimised to reduce vibrations and noise as is the completely enclosed working area.

Entirely new software has been designed for the Quattrocode D600, engineered specifically to make key duplication easier and quicker. The important feature innovations on the D600 are fully supported in the software to give instant feedback in the display, ensuring a smooth cutting operation.
